What is the difference between river properties on the Free State side of the main river compared to the Gauteng side?

It always makes me smile when people think that there is a class difference between the Free State side and Gauteng side, when, in actual fact, both sides are equally in demand by 95% of the buyers! Traditionally the Gauteng side was the side that developed the fastest and therefore had an infrastructure sooner than the Free State side, but today the roads and infrastructure on both sides are equally good. In actual fact, I find that there are NO class differences between the various areas on the 58 km long “main river”.
Buyers are only too happy to find a place here, because the river is the river and there is only ONE such river in Gauteng where all sorts of water sports can be practiced, and by hook or by crook, this river is not getting any longer, no matter what.God is not making any more!
